Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely recognized standards for making websites usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the Site as we update it.

What we have done

• Built pages with clear headings, labels, and structure that screen readers can follow.
• Made menus, tabs, question lists, and forms usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Chosen text and background colors with strong contrast, and kept text resizable without losing content.
• Added text descriptions to meaningful images, and hidden purely decorative images and video from screen readers.
• Kept short background video clips silent, and stop motion effects for visitors whose devices ask for reduced motion.
• Added a "Skip to content" link so keyboard users can bypass the menu.

Known limitations

• Remote online notarization platforms, identity verification tools, shipping carriers, and notary recruiting sites are run by other companies. Their accessibility is outside our control, but we will help you find another way to complete your transaction if one of them does not work for you.
• Some legal documents provided by lenders and title companies may not be in an accessible format. Ask us, and we will work with the parties involved to help.
